Products are made to order. Ready to dispatch in 7-9 working days.


Baltic States 2-7 working days. 
Europe countries 7-14 working days. 
Other countries (worldwide) 14-22 working days. 
(Note that it may take longer in peak seasons, such as Christmas).

Please note that you may be charged certain customs fees according to your country's rules and regulations, which are not in our control.

We ship items by registered mail with a tracking number.

We are not liable for any items lost in transit/delay caused by the postal service company.

Return & Exchange Policy

If your item is faulty or you believe it is not as described then contact us and we will happily arrange a replacement or full refund. All refunds will be made once the garment is received back to us. If the item is returned due to not fitting we will accept it as long as we are notified within 7 days of receipt of the item.

There are two reasons why we can't accept returns online for underwear. Firstly, for hygiene reasons and secondly to prevent this product from ending up in landfill. Each time a pair of undies or tights is returned to us online we cannot re-use it so it ends up in landfill, which we are committed to reducing as part of our long-term sustainability mission.

The item must be dispatched within 14 days since the item was originally received. Make sure that the product is still in perfect condition with tags still attached. We reserve the right to refuse any returns that do not match with these criteria. We will also not accept any garments that show visible signs of having been worn prior to being returned.
